The Live Local Program is a Florida housing initiative designed to provide more affordable rental housing options for eligible residents. Through the program, participating apartment communities offer designated apartment homes at reduced rental rates to households that meet specific income and eligibility requirements established by the State of Florida.

At Fiori, we are proud to participate in the Live Local Program and offer qualifying residents the opportunity to enjoy our community, amenities, and apartment homes at an income-restricted rental rate.

Eligibility is based on household income, household size, and other program requirements. Applicants must meet the applicable income guidelines and complete the required qualification process before receiving a Live Local apartment.
