All applicants must go through our standard application process meeting the minimum criteria of 2 months times the base rent for an approved application. For Live Local, all approved applicants must fall under the maximum “not to exceed” per annual combined household salary thresholds shown below.
How to Qualify For a Live Local Apartment Home
Qualifying for a Live Local unit requires meeting an annual income eligibility. To qualify for the Live Local rates, your household income must be at or below 80% to 100% of the annual median income.
